Job description

Seeking a Masonry Foreman to join the team in the Portland, Maine area. This is an opportunity to lead commercial masonry restoration and concrete repair projects with a company known for long-term employee retention, strong leadership, and consistent year-round work.
The ideal candidate is either an experienced restoration foreman or a skilled mason ready to step into leadership. This role offers hands-on project leadership, growth potential, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on high-profile commercial and historic restoration projects throughout the region.
What You'll Do as the Masonry Foreman:
  • Lead field crews on commercial masonry restoration and concrete repair projects
  • Coordinate daily jobsite operations, manpower, materials, and equipment
  • Perform hands-on restoration work alongside the crew when needed
  • Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project stakeholders, and internal leadership
  • Complete daily reports, timecards, and project documentation
  • Manage jobsite logistics, deliveries, tools, and equipment
  • Promote and enforce OSHA and company safety procedures

Must-Haves as the Masonry Foreman:
  • Experience in masonry, bricklaying, concrete repair, waterproofing, or restoration
  • Leadership experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or similar role preferred
  • Ability to read plans and coordinate field activities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to pass required physical and driving-related screenings
