Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you’ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Expertise & Client Care

Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.

Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.

Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.

Studio Collaboration

Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.

Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.

Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.

Compliance & Safety

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.

Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.

Certifications: Current BLS certification.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).

Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.

Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.

Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
