Familiarity with inventory management systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and safety compliance tools is typically required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities help foster a positive environment and drive store success. These skills ensure effective store operations, maximize revenue for the organization's mission, and engage both staff and the community.
