Job Overview:
CRDN of the Ark-La-Tex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restoration Field CSR to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing restoration projects, and ensuring proper handling of personal property during pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs. You will work closely with homeowners, adjusters, and contractors to provide outstanding service and support throughout the restoration process. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning, Testing, & Packaging of home contents.
  • Proper packaging & wrapping of items securely according to company standards for loading transportation and delivery.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times
  • Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables and tools
  • Meet production quota and deadlines.
  • Provide clear and professional communication regarding project status and expectations.
Restoration & Field Operations
  • Assist in pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-back of personal property.
  • Document all contents using restoration software and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Take photos and notes for pre-existing conditions and restoration progress.
  • Ensure proper handling, packing, and labeling of items in compliance with company protocols.
  • Assist with the delivery and reinstallation of items upon pack-back.
Project Coordination & Compliance
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and field team to ensure timely job completion.
  • Follow all company procedures and restoration guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, including paperwork, homeowner signatures, and insurance documentation.
  • Participate in daily Work in Progress (WIP) meetings to report on project updates.
  • Be available for on-call rotations for emergency response services as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in using restoration software and mobile documentation tools.
