• Deliver focused speech therapy interventions in areas including language, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties.
• Collaboratively engage with a team of professionals-physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and family members-to craft a holistic care approach.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies to facilitate progress and understanding outside of sessions.
• Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring seamless care integration throughout the treatment continuum.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with established local and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Licensing & Certification

• Valid State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred possession of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
