What You'll Do
In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent future injury. Your day-to-day will include:
Patient Care & Rehabilitation: Administer evidence-based treatments to restore mobility and strength using exercise techniques, therapeutic modalities, extremity mobilization, muscle re-education, and gait training.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Consult regularly with physical therapists and referring physicians to evaluate patient progress, modify treatment plans, and determine appropriate discharge timelines.
Education & Empowerment: Guide patients and their families through customized home exercise programs, pain management techniques, and preventative wellness education.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date medical records, including detailed progress notes and care tracking.
What You Bring to the Team
Education: Minimum of a Bachelorโs degree in an allied health-related field.
Certification: Current NATA certification (BOC) is required.
Experience: 1โ2 years in an athletic training or orthopedic clinic setting is preferred. Motivated entry-level graduates with current NATA certification are highly encouraged to apply!
