Reconstruction Project Manager
$65,000-$70,000 per year + benefits
The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Management
  •  Manage mitigation, reconstruction, and restoration projects throughout the project lifecycle. 
  •  Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines. 
  •  Monitor project progress and ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations. 
  •  Coordinate and communicate effectively with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and subcontractors. 
  •  Conduct project inspections and quality control reviews throughout the project.
Customer Service
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the restoration process. 
  •  Provide regular updates regarding project status, timelines, and expectations. 
  •  Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive client experience. 
  •  Maintain Paul Davis standards for customer satisfaction and communication.
Financial Management
  •  Review project estimates, budgets, and change orders. 
  •  Monitor project costs and profitability. 
  •  Approve invoices and subcontractor payments as needed. 
  •  Ensure accurate project documentation and job costing.
Team Leadership
  •  Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success. 
  •  Foster collaboration between mitigation, contents, mold, and reconstruction divisions. 
  •  Support and mentor team members while promoting accountability and performance. 
  •  Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
Documentation & Compliance
  •  Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, photos, job notes, permits, and change orders. 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry regulations. 
  •  Support insurance documentation requirements and project closeout procedures.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in weekly manager on-call rotations for emergency services.
Education and Experience: 
Required
  • 5+ years of project management experience in restoration, construction, insurance restoration, or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred
  • Experience with restoration software such as RMS, Xactimate, DASH, or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience working with insurance claims and adjusters. 
  • Access to existing subcontractor relationships
  • Restoration industry experience preferred.
