What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners after a water, mold, or fire loss. You'll assess the damage, explain the restoration process, and help them take the next step toward recovery.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Visiting homes to evaluate water, fire, or mold damage
  • Building trust and guiding customers through the restoration process
  • Creating and presenting estimates
  • Closing restoration projects on-site
  • Coordinating with production teams and insurance adjusters
  • Participating in the emergency on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

We want someone who:

  • Has in-home or direct sales experience
  • Builds strong relationships through trust and empathy
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Xactimate knowledge
  • IICRC certified in WRT is a plus, but not required
  • Has a clean driving record and background check


Experience in restoration or construction sales is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person who brings the right attitude.

This is a field-based position with travel throughout Chicagoland. Some days are long, especially during storms or emergencies, but the reward is significant for those who work hard and take care of our customers.
