Job description

Reston Radiology Consultants is seeking a Full-time APP for our Interventional Radiology section in South West Virginia at LewisGale Montgomery Hospital and LewisGale Pulaski Hospital.

The ideal candidate would have IR experience. Our new APP hire will be working in a progressive work environment with experienced board-certified Radiologists.

The expected start date will be based on successful completion of hospital credentialing. The position offers a competitive salary, 401K, and benefits. This candidate will be part of the pool of APP’s rotating between the two hospitals with the potential for future paid call.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Seeing patient's pre and post procedure, daily rounds and follow up, and performing inpatient consults.
  • Performing imaging-guided procedures including PICC insertion, central line placement, tunneled catheter removal, drain/tube removal, lumbar puncture, myelograms, feeding tube placements and checks, thoracentesis, paracentesis, chest tube removal, etc.
