Description:

Sales Associates are the go-to resource for customers seeking guidance, answers, and product support. This role is responsible for creating a shopping experience built on trust, accurate product knowledge, store appearance, merchandising, and point-of-sale support, in line with Shoppers Supply standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer and help them find what they need with accurate, helpful product knowledge.
  • Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and free of clutter throughout the shift.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and merchandising displays.
  • Restock shelves and rotate product so the floor stays full and fresh.
  • Ring up purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
  • Use basic computer skills to look up product info, pricing, or availability for customers.
  • Communicate with teammates throughout the shift and support wherever help is needed.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in departments outside your usual assignment when needed.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and trash removal.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Friendly, service-first attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Comfortable learning our point-of-sale and computer systems.
  • Retail experience preferred but not required, we'll teach you the rest.
