Job description

AAA Auto Parts is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to join our Inventory department as a Return and Restocking Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that returned auto parts are processed accurately and restocked efficiently, using multiple computer programs to track inventory and maintain organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Returns Processing:

    • Inspect returned items to ensure quality and functionality.
    • Note any changes in condition to the part before adding it back to inventory.
    • Accurately document and process returns using various software systems.
    • Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Restocking:

    • Place items in designated inventory locations to be put back into warehouse.
    • Maintain accurate stock levels by updating inventory in computer systems.
    • Ensure storage areas are clean and well-organized for easy accessibility.
  • Tech & Systems:

    • Use multiple programs to manage inventory, returns, and restocking processes.
    • Troubleshoot minor system issues and escalate as needed.
