We need dedicated Warehouse Associates!

CTEMS is a leading provider of engineering and contract manufacturing services specializing in custom cable design and assembly; cable harness design and assembly; and electro-mechanical box builds. Our products enable our customers to deliver the most precise and innovative technology solutions. Our customers include in a broad range of tech-driven, high growth companies in the semiconductor, imaging, electric vehicle manufacturing, and solar manufacturing markets.

Summary

The Warehouse Associate will focus on shipping & receiving inventory and finished goods. This will include receiving, issuing, and organizing materials for maximum efficiency; and preparing material daily to support CTEMS production. Warehouse Associates who excel in the role help CTEMS meet on-time delivery for our customers, and assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse with accurate inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and pickup materials to and from customers as needed
  • Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable & identifiable
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure crews have material to meet their assembly needs
  • Pull material, restock, and return excess materials
  • Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse
  • Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists, job close out paperwork
  • Use computer software system to issue and receive material
  • Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be able to handle packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success.
  • Computer skills are preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude to pre-assemble parts preferred.
