Sales Associate (Detailed Job Description)
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This position is responsible for greeting and engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable assistance to ensure they find the right products. Sales Associates maintain the presentation of the sales floor, restock shelves, process transactions at the register, and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
  • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Operate the cash register accurately for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain clean and organized displays and sales floor.
  • Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly labeled and faced.
  • Support promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store leadership.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
