Job description

Our Hot Springs Mountain Tower offers more than just souvenirs—it’s a welcoming experience shaped by stunning views and genuine connection. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Associate who enjoys helping people, takes pride in creating an inviting atmosphere, and thrives in a relaxed yet customer-focused environment. If you love engaging with visitors, supporting a close-knit team, and working in a unique setting where every shift feels a little different, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Part time (24-32 hours)
Must be able to work weeeknds

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly customer service
  • Process and collect payments
  • Restock and maintain displays
  • Participate in closing, opening procedures
  • Participate in daily cleaning/maintenance duties
Position Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with others
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
  • Able to lift frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Position also involves frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting and up to 8 hours per day on feet in a fast paced environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to handle general math
  • Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience with POS systems preferred
