Position Summary

The Front of House Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the daily FOH operations while ensuring exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and financial success. This leader will coach, mentor, and inspire the front-of-house team while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong background in high-volume, full-service restaurants who enjoys developing teams, creating positive guest experiences, and leading by example.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all daily Front of House operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding hospitality
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members
  • Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
  • Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth service execution
  • Create and manage staff schedules while maintaining labor goals
  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef and BOH leadership to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, sanitation, safety, and health regulations
  • Monitor sales, labor, and operational performance while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Lead by example through active floor presence and hands-on leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Proven success leading and developing hospitality teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding team members preferred
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
