Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to monitor, maintain, and support restaurant IT systems. In this role, you will oversee system upgrades, manage POS configurations, and provide direct technical support to restaurant teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, understands business needs, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support both corporate and field operations.

What You’ll Get (Benefits):

  • Competitive Pay – Your talent and hard work won’t go unnoticed.
  • Health & Wellness Coverage – HSA, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans to keep you and your family feeling your best.
  • 401(k) Match – Helping you invest in your future (and putting more back in your wallet).
  • Paid Training – We set you up for success from day one.
  • Generous Time Off – Up to 16 paid vacation and sick days, plus 7 company holidays to recharge and reset.
  • Free lunch while at work – Pick your favorite from 5 nearby brand locations, plus discounts with some of our brands—we’ve got lunch covered.
  • Daily Pay Option – Access your earnings before payday with our Earned Wage app.
  • Career Growth – We’re growing fast, and we love to promote from within.
  • And more good stuff – Because working with us should feel rewarding every day.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping restaurant IT systems running smoothly and effectively. You will manage POS menu and coupon data configurations, testing all changes prior to deployment. This role includes monitoring and supporting restaurant systems—such as POS, payment terminals, laptops, tablets, and inventory management systems—while providing direct phone support to restaurant managers. You will work with vendors to resolve equipment and software issues, assist with technology deployments, and collaborate with IT teams on application design, process improvements, and system issue resolution. Additionally, you’ll partner with operations teams to enhance functionality and training materials for in-store systems.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

  • 2+ years of experience with POS support (required).
  • Experience with Sicom, Par Brink, or Aloha systems preferred.
  • Previous help desk or IT support experience required.
  • Knowledge of food/beverage inventory management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking, PC hardware, Windows, phone, and internet troubleshooting.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, applications, and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
