Job description

At Mother's Market, our Restaurant Servers create memorable guest experiences through friendly service, attention to detail, and a passion for food. You'll serve meals, assist guests, and help maintain a warm, welcoming environment where quality and care come first. What You'll Do

Serve hot and cold food items in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Interact with guests and team members to ensure timely, accurate orders
Explain menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
Deliver food and beverages promptly and with care
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and serving stations
Assist with beverage preparation (hot and cold drinks)
Act as host when needed and ensure guests feel welcome
Operate POS systems, handle payments, and follow proper cash procedures
Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or accidents to management
Support teammates during busy periods and shift transitions
