Overview:
The Restaurant Manager leads a department within the restaurant ensuring their teams have what is needed to provide our guests excellent service and a great dining experience. Leading by example, positivity and the ability to motivate and coach teams are what create a successful Restaurant Manager.
  • Salary Range:$ 60,255.00 to $ 70,655.00 per year
  • Starting Salary pay rate is determined based on years of experience and education.
  • Pay raise after completion of training
  • Annual pay raise based on performance evaluation

Job Duties:
  • Oversee teams for successful Guest Service and Guest Experience.
  • Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory.
  • Train, mentor and coach teams.
  • Shift planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance of labor laws and safety policies.
  • Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
  • Lead and motivate teams, supporting company culture and business needs.
  • Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests.
  • Assist in Interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new team members.
