We're dedicated to maintaining a passionate and fun team culture that consistently delivers guests the most memorable and amazing dining and entertainment experience in the world. We are an all-scratch kitchen that prides ourselves on our fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, high food quality standards, and exceptional service. You will assist servers in taking care of guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.
Server Assistants are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
Requirements:
  • Provides memorable guest service
  • Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
  • Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
  • Help personalize the experience
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
  • Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
