In this leadership role, the Enterprise Project Manager is accountable for obtaining clearly defined project success criteria and outcomes that aide in achieving desired strategic, business outcomes. This will be accomplished by leading cross functional teams through Schreiber Foods' project management process, Enterprise Project Management (EPM).

Leading others by guiding them through the EPM process requires project management skills established in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as industry best practices. This position is expected to advocate for best practices in project management within Schreiber and assist in the growth of Schreiber's organizational competency in project management toward a world class level. This individual will work closely with the EPM Director, senior business leaders (champions and project sponsors), functional process experts (process owners) and project team members (specialists and experts) in attaining business results that drive our organization forward.

The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home. Ensure adherence to Schreiber Foods' project management process (EPM) in order to achieve desired project outcomes.Manage day- to-day activities of the project team; guide them to understand and apply the EPM process.Manage key project documentation and communication to the team and organization.Lead development of a project charter, communication plan and overall project plan.Manage team execution of the plan, any changes, deliverable completion, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.Close projects by documenting lessons learned and a scorecard.As a member of the EPM team, provide support for Schreiber Foods' project management process via leading formal process training events, general project support, EPM process advocacy, presentations, and reporting, auditing, coaching/mentoring and organizational communications.Provide expertise in project management tools, exploiting the features of scheduling, resource planning, and work definition, base-lining and reporting.Leverage expertise to support organizational project work and competency development.Aid continuous improvement activities supporting the organizational maturity development of project management and the EPM process.Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements.Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups.Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met.Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
