The Restaurant Services Specialist provides administrative, communication, training, and project support for the Restaurant Services team. This role is responsible for maintaining operational resources, coordinating training and New Restaurant Opening logistics, supporting system communications, and assisting with the execution of operational initiatives across

Steele Brands concepts.

The Restaurant Services Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring field teams receive accurate information, training materials remain current, and operational programs are executed consistently throughout the system.


 Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and distribute operational communications including Weekly Updates, CRISP Focus content, operational alerts, and field resources. 
  • Update and maintain training materials, job aids, guides, presentations, and operational documentation. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and logistics for NRO trainers and opening support teams. 
  • Maintain NRO training calendars, trainer availability, and opening schedules. 
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of opening materials, training resources, and readiness tools. 
  • Support webinar coordination, meeting scheduling, and communication efforts. 
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items for operational initiatives. 
  • Maintain operational resource libraries, SharePoint sites, and document repositories. 
  • Assist with the creation of presentations, reports, and communication materials. 
  • Collect and organize feedback from field teams and support follow-up actions. 
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives through material updates and administrative coordination. 
  • Coordinate operational testing and pilot program logistics. 
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and project administration. 
  • Provide administrative support for the Restaurant Services team and cross-functional projects.
  • Troubleshoot operational, technology, and training-related issues raised by the field, escalating when appropriate and following through to resolution
  • Identify recurring field issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and improve support resources

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred. 
  • At least one to three years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, training support, restaurant operations, or hospitality. 
  • Experience supporting training or operational programs preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Experience with SharePoint, Wrike, or project management software preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across departments. 
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
