Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday

Service Area: Dallas and surrounding cities

ABOUT THIS PLUMBING SERVICE TECH - PLUMBER ROLE:

Your essential daily responsibilities include:

  • Dispatching daily to the job site from your home.
  • Performing full-scope service and repair of plumbing in both residential and commercial environments.
  • Engaging in consultative sales to effectively enable customers to make a sound business decision regarding their repairs.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of online dispatch systems such as Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan for efficient workflow management.

QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Tradesman, journeyman, or master licensed plumber
  • Licensed in Texas and in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Plumbing knowledge of water/sewer/gas systems
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Collaborative skills
  • Professional customer-facing experience
  • An understanding of the sales cycle and process
  • Fluency and experience in specific plumbing applications, including water and tankless heaters, fixture installation, water, sewer, and gas services, as well as knowledge of water and drain leak detection.
