What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure our guests receive outstanding service every visit.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Coach, develop, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and creating memorable experiences
• Monitor labor, food costs, waste, inventory, and cash controls
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
• Conduct restaurant inspections and operational walk-throughs
• Manage ordering, inventory counts, and vendor deliveries
• Complete administrative duties including audits, employee documentation, and reporting
• Step into operational roles when needed to support the team and maintain service standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing labor, food costs, and operational performance
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
