We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, enhance team performance, and deliver memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory, and financial tracking to achieve goals.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and team morale.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations, conducting regular audits and upholding sanitation protocols.
  • Support sales initiatives through customer service excellence, promotional activities, and menu execution.
  • Monitor budgets, labor costs, and P&L elements to contribute to profitability.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast casual or quick-service restaurant, such as Assistant Manager or Shift Leader.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant systems, including POS, inventory management, and scheduling software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local health codes and food safety certifications (ServSafe preferred).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Associate's degree in Hospitality or related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and located in or willing to relocate to Marysville, WA.
