Department Overview

The roleManager, Data Analyticsbridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing data requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This role involves gathering business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and working with data engineers, analysts, and architects to implement effective data solutions.

Duties
  • Requirement Translation: Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications for data models, ETL process, and reporting tools.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the maintenance and updating of technical documentation
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensure alignment between business logic and technical implementation
  • Project Leadership: Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Advanced Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements
  • Work closely with data engineers, architects, and developers to design and optimize data pipelines
  • Ensure data accessibility and usability for business users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • +5 years of experience in business analysis or related technical field
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases, knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
  • Exposure to programming (Python, etc.) for data analysis is a plus
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Excellence communication skills between technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $127,332.00 - $159,165.00per year.
