Busser Job Description:
Bussers are responsible for the cleanliness, organization and table-turn of the restaurant, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, and assisting the waitstaff in delivering outstanding service. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork are what create success in this role.
About You:
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive, friendly and approachable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift.
  • Able to lift 35lbs without assistance

What You Will Do as Busser:
  • Ensure tables are cleared of all dishes and materials.
  • Clean, sanitize tables and seating, resetting tables for new guests to be seated promptly.
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked supplies including utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
  • Adhere to high safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for both staff and guests.
  • Contribute as part of a team for excellent dining experiences for all our guests to enjoy.
