SALARY: $10 per hour + tip out

What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly, professional food and beverage service during weddings, meetings, and special events.
  • Set up banquet rooms, buffets, tables, chairs, linens, and service stations according to event specifications.
  • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and room diagrams.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while anticipating guest needs.
  • Maintain clean and organized banquet areas throughout each event.
  • Complete event setup, breakdown, side work, and equipment storage.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • South Carolina alcohol service certification required within 30 days of hire.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs with assistance).
  • Safely carry service trays and move banquet equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment with varying schedules and temperatures.
