Job Description - Restaurant Server
Salt Kitchen and Bar at the Wentworth by the Sea are accepting applications for full-time, part-time, year-round and seasonal Restaurant servers.
Please stop in! Same day interviews are available if applying in person between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner meal periods.
We offer training at all levels with an integrated and in-service approach. Cross-training available for individuals interested in additional employment in our banquet department as well as each of our restaurants, SALT Kitchen & Bar and our seasonal marina-side restaurant, Latitudes Waterfront.

SALT Kitchen & Bar offers a re-imagined dining experience that combines Wentworth's historic charm with a sleek, contemporary luster. Latitudes' inviting surroundings are designed to complement the restaurant's locally-source, bistro-style menu.
Responsibilities for our Server positions:
  • Provide exceptional service to dining guests
  • Engage in a high-performance team environment by elevating service standards through positive guest-interactions and a team-player mentality
  • Answer guest questions related to menu offerings and upsell or provide alternatives when needed
  • Develop service skills through daily in-service trainings
  • Learn a variety of service styles including American-standard, and our premier house practice, and presidential-service

Requirements for our Server positions:
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic with a malleable, eager and willingness to learn approach
  • Ability to adapt to a changing and high-service demand work environment
  • Confidence with guest-facing interactions
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift/carry up to 25lbs
