Job Summary:

Location: Near Bryant Park, NY | Monday–Friday, In‑Office Only

As a Conference & Meeting Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering seamless corporate meetings and events by partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail is executed with precision. From coordinating meeting logistics to providing exceptional client service, you'll help create a polished, professional experience that reflects the high standards of a premier corporate hospitality environment.

Hourly compensation is competitive and based on experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles all reservations and bookings
  • Inspects and maintains the appearance and functionality of conference rooms for quality assurance
  • Communicates available services, policies, and fees to the client
  • Coordinates services for meetings which have been booked
  • Participates in Planning Meetings, reviewing the details of events which he or she has been working on, answering questions from staff members, and discussing relevant logistical matters
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma /GED required; Associate's degree in hospitality management, communications or other related field is preferred 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry required
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of events
  • Tact in working with professional peers from other departments and all subordinates
  • Professional demeanor; able to remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • High School Diploma or GED required
