Pay: $48,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience) + potential performance bonuses

About Us

Brothers Eatery is a new restaurant and sports bar opening in Gallipolis, Ohio. Our goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming place where guests can enjoy great food, watch sports, and have a great time with friends and family.

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Restaurant Manager who enjoys working with people, leading a team, and helping build a great atmosphere from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with hiring, scheduling, and training staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering
