Job description

Job Title: Production Associate / Operator
Location: Stanley, VA
Position Type: Temporary
Shift/Hours:
  • 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Pay Rate $17-$19/hr (depending on experience)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Pay Rate $19-$21/hr (depending on experience)
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and put your hands-on skills to work? We are hiring Production Associates / Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Stanley, VA. If you have experience in construction, landscaping, or other physical roles, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
  • Inspect and repair stacks of doors moving through your work area
  • Use tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, chisels, putty knives, clamps, and paint for door repairs
  • Restack doors and move pallets as needed
  • Keep records of rejected doors and communicate quality issues quickly
  • Assist with various stages of door production
  • Operate jump tracks and paint booth infeed tracks
Who You Are:
  • Hardworking and detail-oriented
  • Experienced with hand tools and woodworking repairs
  • Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 80 lbs
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Comfortable with some dust, noise, and changing temperatures
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders/tickets
  • Construction or landscaping experience a plus
