RRT - Respiratory Care Services
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Night Shift: 3 - 12 Hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00. Required to work all scheduled shifts without outside scheduling requests.
Job Description
We are seeking an RRT to join our dynamic Respiratory Care Services team. The ideal candidate must possess critical care experience within the last 12 months, with pediatric experience preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to be trained in pediatrics.
Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in various intensive care units including BPICU, SICU, MICU, and NSICU.
  • Monitor and manage ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosol treatments.
  • Care for adult trauma and burn patients, including those who are medically and neurologically complicated.
  • Utilize therapist driven protocols as per institutional standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience.
  • RRT credentialed and hold a valid state license.
  • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS.
  • Experience in adult trauma and complex sleep disordered breathing is essential.
