Unit Notes - Hiring Process: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit Manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote.

Department: RT - SAH # treatments per day Varies Certs (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP?) RRT or CRT acceptable? BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CRT, CO license Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) Adults What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.) Inpatient Experience or 'Must have' skills Provides all respiratory modalities in all areas of the hospital, to include medication delivery, emergency response, intubation assist, ventilator management (both invasive and non-invasive) arterial blood gases, pulmonary hygiene, hyperinflation therapy, patient transport of critically ill patients with artificial airway, home oxygen assessment and coordination Job Duties Provides all respiratory modalities in all areas of the hospital, to include medication delivery, emergency response, intubation assist, ventilator management (both invasive and non-invasive) arterial blood gases, pulmonary hygiene, hyperinflation therapy, patient transport of critically ill patients with artificial airway, home oxygen assessment and coordination Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist?
