About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Product Management Associate to join their growing team. As the organization continues to expand both existing products currently in market and new offerings under development, they are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to help operationalize, commercialize, and scale product initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and wants to gain hands-on experience across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings foundational product management experience, strong project coordination skills, and a self-starter mindset. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product management initiatives across existing and emerging product offerings
  • Gather, organize, and document product requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create and maintain product documentation, workflows, processes, FAQs, and internal resources
  • Assist with product commercialization and go-to-market activities
  • Coordinate projects across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business teams
  • Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and action items across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, training resources, and product playbooks
  • Help operationalize new products and initiatives by building scalable processes and documentation
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy and positioning
  • Support product launch activities and ongoing product enhancements
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Commercialization, or a related field
  • Experience within a B2B software, information services, SaaS, or similar environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting products through commercialization, launch, or go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong experience creating documentation, workflows, processes, or operational frameworks
  • Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and translate it into actionable deliverables
  • Excellent project coordination and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
  • Comfortable operating in evolving environments with limited structure
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product launch experience
  • Sales enablement experience
  • Exposure to pricing and packaging strategies
