  • Translate priority use cases into actionable requirements and build workflows and skills within approved platforms
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions across the project lifecycle
  • Lead the operational rollout of AI solutions, including SOP development, user training, and adoption measurement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other O&T teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and secure AI solutions aligned to NBCUniversal’s enterprise governance standards
  • Engage external vendors to scope AI and automation solutions, while maintaining strong relationships to stay current on evolving capabilities
  • Act as a liaison to NBCUniversal’s Enterprise AI organization to leverage training, accelerators, and best practices while contributing to broader AI enablement initiatives
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a media-related field preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in media, with experience delivering complex operational or automation projects
  • Strong proficiency in workflow documentation, technical analysis, project management, and product roadmaps
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex initiatives into business value
  • Background in television, film, or digital media distribution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with project management and workflow systems and tools (Lucidchart, Airtable, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office 365)
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable compiling regular updates and presentations for an executive level audience
  • Able to work well in groups or teams
  • Highly organized
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional off-hours, weekends, and holidays, to support 24x7 Operations
  • Able to easily ‘translate’ operational requirements to technical audiences
  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
