The Allison Inn & Spa is Oregon Wine Country's first full service luxury resort in the heart of the Willamette Valley.

JORY is the signature restaurant at The Allison Inn & Spa. Our creative fine dining menus accentuate the native flavors of the Willamette Valley with a strong influence on seasonal, farm-to-table agriculture. Each morning ripe vegetables are picked to be woven into the daily menu plan.


At The Allison Inn & Spa our working philosophy is a commitment to strive for excellence in all we do. We are a passionate and empowered team, inspired by the bounty and warmth of our surroundings and community, genuinely dedicated to providing world class service and meaningful memories for our guests. We are seeking up to two (2) Servers - full time and part time available - brunch service and Living Room dinner service. Join us as we strive for excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep a neat, groomed appearance as per The Allison guidelines.
  • Follow side-work directions and maintain restaurant in a clean, organized fashion.
  • Stock all stations with the needed glassware, cutlery and dishes.
  • Maintain and produce coffee, tea and sparkling water
  • Monitor intoxication levels throughout restaurant and lounge.
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness per Jory and Oregon state health guidelines.
  • Serve as liaison with front desk and restaurant managers for guestsโ€™ needs and comments.
  • Close the restaurant down and complete side-work and cleaning daily.
  • Any additional duties assigned by management

Job Skills/Requirements/Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of restaurant service experience
  • An interest in local food and wine
  • OLCC License prior to working first shift
  • Food Handlers Permit prior to working first shift
  • Available shifts are for brunch service and Living Room dinner service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all team members.
  • An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background check

Working conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds of heavy wine, boxes, supplies.
  • Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
  • Ability to carry up to 25 pounds across the distance of the various dining areas.
  • Ability to reach with hand and arms, sit, stand, walk, use stairways to climb throughout the property, be in refrigerated areas, and to talk or hear.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level is moderate.
  • The work environment has frequent temperature swings as the employee moves between guest spaces, outdoors, and refrigerators for example.
