Scope of Position
Ocean Import Job-Specific Tasks and Duties
  • Workflow Responsibilities: (Review and action daily)
    • Turn Over to Trucker (FCL Firms Codes)
      • Send pre-dispatches to FCL truckers within 48 hours of COB
      • Enter FTX for all containers

  • Operations:
    • Review and update Delivery Notes within SOPs (Review and action upon occurrence)

  • Customer Service:
    • Action or Delegate any customer service emails same-day (Review and action upon occurrence)
