Job Description:
The Customer Service Associate serves as a primary point of contact for customers with questions regarding their accounts. This position involves handling a variety of account-related inquiries while providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and empathetic during sensitive conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding account servicing and support.
