This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to grow an established and expanding Columbus CRT territory. You’ll forge strong referral relationships and positively impact the lives of people who rely on specialty wheelchairs and complex mobility solutions.

Who we're looking for:

·       An experienced ATP is ideal, and we're also interested in experienced wheelchair/CRT sales professionals and OT, COTA, PT or PTA candidates interested in transitioning into complex rehab technology and earning their ATP credential from RESNA.

·       Experience in CRT, DME, or Home Health Care preferred.

·       Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.

·       Valid driver’s license; comfort working in clinic and community settings.

  • Conduct in-depth mobility and seating and positioning assessments with clients, therapists, physicians, and caregivers.
  • Recommend, fit, and deliver complex mobility equipment — ensuring every solution meets the client’s unique needs.
  • Build and grow referral relationships with physical therapists and occupational therapists through strategic sales and marketing outreach.
  • Manage power and manual wheelchair evaluations, documentation, and follow-up with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stay current with ATP certification, CEUs, insurance guidelines, complex rehab technology (CRT) standards, and industry regulations.
  • Represent Miller’s professionally to clients, caregivers, referral sources, and vendors.
