Summary

The Molding Resin Handler is responsible for handling resin material and delivering resin material throughout the Molding department.ย

Job Duties
  • Responsible for maintaining mixed resin levels throughout department.
  • Ensure that all material hoppers and grinders are thoroughly cleaned after each material change.
  • Assist team members in unloading of trucks containing resin material. Responsible for properly labeling all resin and grinders.
  • Required to mix resin for designated area.
  • Utilizes metering devices to calibrate concentrate usage, ensuring that all work is done in an environmentally safe manner.
  • Operates hi-lo and other machinery in a safe manner.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude throughout shift.
  • Responsible for communicating any issues relating to the assigned job with previous/next shift.
  • Maintain compliance to company policies, work rules, and safety and housekeeping standards. Follow ISO 14001 and TS 16949 requirements per standard.
  • Other duties as assigned by area supervisor or manager.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
  • Ventra Hi-lo license (or willing to train to obtain)
  • Past manufacturing experience in Molding is preferred.ย 
Working Conditions
  • Availability to work subject to manufacturing needs
  • Manufacturing setting & environment
  • Overtime availability
  • Physically Demanding (i.e. Capacity to lift weights) up to 75lbs.
