Resilience professionals often encounter challenges such as coordinating across multiple departments, managing rapidly changing risks, and ensuring organizational buy-in for emergency preparedness plans. To address these challenges, it’s important to foster strong communication channels, stay updated on best practices in risk management, and engage stakeholders through regular training and scenario exercises. Building a network of supportive colleagues and leveraging industry frameworks can also help resilience professionals stay proactive and prepared.
