What does a residential real estate analyst do?

A Residential Real Estate Analyst evaluates the financial and market aspects of residential properties to help investors, developers, or companies make informed decisions. They analyze market trends, property values, rental rates, and economic factors that influence residential real estate markets. Their work often involves conducting research, preparing reports, and using data to forecast future market conditions. This role is key in supporting investment decisions and identifying profitable opportunities in residential real estate.
