Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on position and experience
Schedule: Varies based on property needs

Primetone LLC is looking for reliable and hardworking Porters and Housekeepers to join our team and help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming multifamily residential communities.
Porter Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and amenities
  • Remove trash and maintain trash areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust
  • Clean entrances and assigned exterior areas
  • Restock supplies and maintain janitorial areas
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Follow property cleaning schedules and procedures
Housekeeper Duties
  • Clean and sanitize common areas, amenities, and restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces
