Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community? Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Conway area.

As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day.

What You'll Do:
