What You'll Do

As a Residential New Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction planning through completion while ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate project schedules, manage labor and resources, review blueprints and construction documents, monitor budgets and job costs, and maintain strong communication with builders, homeowners, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout every phase of construction.

You'll conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, verify quality and safety standards, identify potential issues before they impact schedules or budgets, and provide solutions that keep projects moving efficiently. Working closely with estimating, operations, purchasing, and field personnel, you'll help ensure seamless project execution while serving as the primary point of contact for builders and construction partners.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced construction professionals with a proven background in managing residential construction projects. Previous experience overseeing residential new construction is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, or related building trades.

Candidates should have experience reading blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents while effectively managing schedules, budgets, labor resources, and multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are essential, as this position works closely with builders, field teams, homeowners, suppliers, and company leadership.

Experience using ServiceTitan or similar construction management software is preferred. Successful candidates are proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced construction environments and can quickly adapt to changing project priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
