Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team during the day Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • May Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
  • Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
  • Provide and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
  • Execute janitorial tasks in accordance with established sanitation standards.
  • Assist with any additional housekeeping management duties as required by clients or supervisors.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients and their property.

Experience

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning products is essential.
