What You Bring: (Requirements)

We are seeking candidates who have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellent service:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in apartment maintenance, with a proven track record of supervisory responsibilities.
  • Certification: EPA Certification Type I and II.
  • Leadership: Skilled in mentoring and developing team members while ensuring compliance with local regulations through regular inspections.
  • Organization: Ability to collaborate with the Property Manager to establish goals, meet deadlines, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Budget Management: Proficient in purchasing supplies, scheduling vendor services, and adhering to budget guidelines using established procedures.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and open-minded, ready to adjust to the community's changing needs.
  • Valid Driver's License
