2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available
All Resident Assistants will also work every other weekend and rotate holidays.
Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience

Education Requirements:
  • Must have all 4 CBRF certifications.
Job Responsibility Overview:
  • Responsible Medication Handling: Administers medications accurately and safely, following all regulations, policies, and standards of practice.
  • Thorough and Timely Documentation: Completes all required documentation independently, reports incidents immediately, and ensures accurate record-keeping before the end of each shift in accordance with VMP policy.

  • Exceptional Resident Care amp; Daily Living Support: Assists with all aspects of daily living per individualized care plans, including hygiene, grooming, mobility, meal support, medication administration, and activity facilitation while promoting resident dignity, independence, and safety.

  • Strong Communication amp; Team Collaboration: Maintains confidentiality, communicates resident updates effectively across shifts, supports new employees and residents, and interacts professionally with families and team members.

  • Commitment to Excellence amp; Professional Growth: Participates in ongoing training, teaches others, seeks opportunities to improve practice, and consistently upholds high standards of performance, conduct, and dress.
