Summary : Under the supervision of the general management, you will be responsible for welcoming residents and visitors, answering calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support the residence's operations. You will also contribute to the management of certain administrative, rental, and financial files. Your role: To warmly welcome residents and visitors, ensuring effective and caring communication Manage customer calls and requests by providing accurate and prompt information Conducting tours of the residence for potential clients Coordinate the needs of the different departments, ensuring rigorous follow-up of requests Handling equipment acquisition requests and ensuring follow-up Manage and update residents' administrative files Collaborate with the Housing Advisor on the management of rentals and services and, if necessary, show prospective residents the premises for rental purposes. Prepare and periodically complete the income statement, rent collection, invoicing, bill payments, and deposits, and ensure follow-up. Ensure the preparation and follow-up of management meetings Managing invoicing, deposits, and rent collection Perform related tasks to support the management team Requirements: AEC in administrative techniques, office automation and/or secretarial studies or any experience deemed relevant Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset Profile : Empathetic, attentive to the needs of residents Ability to work in a team and foster a positive work environment Organization and sense of priorities in a dynamic environment Flexibility and autonomy You must be authorized to work in Canada to apply.
