What is a resident assistant manager?

Resident Assistant Managers are individuals who help oversee the daily operations of residential facilities, such as apartment complexes, dormitories, or assisted living communities. They typically live on-site and assist with tenant relations, maintenance requests, administrative duties, and enforcing community policies. Their role is crucial in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed living environment for all residents.
